Taking into account relevant programmes of the Polish government, Warsaw launched the city programme Mieszkania 2030 (Housing 2030) on improving all aspects of municipal housing policy, aiming to increase the number of available residential buildings/flats. The infrastructure Department is responsible for energy efficiency-related aspects of this programme.
